"According to the officials, the covert operations included renewed US espionage activities against Iran's nuclear infrastructure and efforts to undermine the country's electrical systems and computer networks."
"The Times suppressed some of the details of the covert operation at the U.S. government's request, but said it included "efforts to penetrate Iran’s nuclear supply chain abroad, along with new efforts, some of them experimental, to undermine electrical systems, computer systems and other networks on which Iran relies."
"Plan Allows Up to $400 Million for Activities Aimed at Destabilizing Government."
One wonders how loudly the pious would be screaming if the Iranians were meddling in US affairs that way. It's interesting how swiftly this sort of thing is forgotten by the US. People don't resent us for what we've done, but because they "hate freedom", or "hate democracy" or "envy our way of life". And any Iranian support for their neighbors is resented by the US.
