Don't like corporations? Then change the laws so they're no longer needed.
Corporations came about as a means to work around laws concerning taxes and lawsuits. Eliminate the laws that make things hard on private businesses and there won't be such a need to incorporate. IMO, private companies are much better for the economy. The owners are usually more caring about their employees, the health of the company (it is their company after all), and the country (more patriotic) as a whole. Nomadic MBAs in search of a business, any business, to ply their degrees are the real problem.
