How many people have ever heard of "The National Prayer Breakfast"? How many people saw that remark being made? How many winks and smirks accompanied it?
And GWB doesn't count anyway. He's not at all misunderestimated. Who gives a flying frisbee what he says? It's not as if any thought went into it.
