The photo shows Obama trying to open a window instead of the nearby, similar-looking door. Of course, in a reasonable world, it's the sort of thing that could happen to anyone, particularly in a new environment.
The point, I suppose, would be that if Bush had done this it would have been a sign of terminal stupidity, just as Palin would never have lived down saying something like "500 million" jobs lost.
