This reasoning below makes no sense to me;
Labor officials have been battling back, arguing the legislation is necessary because employees who want to organize into unions are intimidated and sometimes fired by their employers. From The Hill.
It would seem that open card ballots would ensure employers would know who wants to unionize.
I have a hard time believing that secret ballots are not the fairest way to go for everyone, anytime, for anything.
