They then used the US dollars to chase limited assets (stocks, real estate). The bubble then burst.
What was hysterical was watching them invest in central urban office space, in complete oblivion to race problems here in the US.
If they had of invested in suburban real estate, there would have been screaming here, but they would have enjoyed that ride, at least until its collapse now.
