"Collider's restart delayed." Is that thing the largest man-made machine ever?
"The restart of the world's biggest particle-smasher is being postponed until late September at the earliest, to allow for the installation of a safety system that would have reduced the amount of damage done during last year's electrical breakdown."
I'm not sure how one would measure a "machine". Some might call the Panama and Suez Canals "machines", I wouldn't. Maybe some dams, but the major part would be concrete. I wouldn't call an electrical grid a machine, though some definitions might include it.
