C'mon, do you really think with all the infighting and security issues and labor unions that want to milk this project for all it's worth, that they want to RUSH THIS PROJECT? You decide, and if anything is done by 2020 I'll be amazed of the speed of it. BTW, firefighter died in a German bank across the street a year or two ago because the demo contractrors cut the water lines that fed the sprinklers while taking the building down, they were just recently indicted on charges.
