I can't have been the only one who wasn't surprised when they couldn't tell us where the money went. Wait till you see what happens to the cash in this bill.
The debate was twisted into the false choice of "this bill or nothing." There were other options, but they weren't even put on the table. Republicans were shut out of the process.
