There are a lot of things about Majestic 12, some of it was released as disinformation to counter the original documents. They tested the waters for disclosure.
I found that quote on a blog, and didn't save the url. Hell, there's a lot of them out there.
But you might find this interesting. I read this story in Nexus a year or two ago, but now it's available in a short MP3 format. He was an archivist for the US government. There are actual interviews with him, and the transcripts are available at Project Camelot as Mr. X.

If what this guy says is true, then we'll have a hard time adjusting to our new reality. For instance, we have only 3 years to get with the program. I believe it will start coming out soon. Unfortunately, Mr. X died 6 weeks ago at the age of 48, 6 weeks after going public at the Las Vegas Crash Retrieval Conference. Apparently he had a terrible headache and was admitted to the emergency room and died the next day. (He had a newborn at home and looked pretty healthy to me. This is very unfortunate timing, and one has to wonder....)
