A huge and successful day, ground breaking completed, several good science talks through the day. The crowds were great from the general public, and great questions asked too from kids only 8-11 yros, they showed lots of interest into the space sciences.

Dr Max Mutchler of McDaniel College and now with the Space Telescope Inst as main Hubble Principal talked on breaking news regarding Pluto, which he discovered has 3 moons, not just one.

Shuttle Astronaut Dr Don Thomas spoke in detail on flying the shuttle from launch to landing and how life is lived on board for 2 weeks. I had photos taken with him as well a signed photo, This I will frame for history sake.
