He's way, way too bipartisan. And Conservatives turn down every effort.
It is impossible to be bipartisan with those whose agenda is simply to sabotage everything the other guy does in hopes of regaining power later on. If the Conservative agenda isn't accepted in it's entirety, they accuse Obama of not being interested in "bipartisanship".
The Conservatives do not want "bipartisanship". As we've seen, they'd rather ruin the country than cooperate in the recovery from their earnest efforts to ruin it.
It's that simple.
