Homes Sell for 1 Dollar
Heard that houses are going for 1 buck in areas of Detroit, and many people are buying them up, don't they realize the yhave to pay taxes on them, insuranes and upkeep? Plus many think they can HOLD onto THEM for 2 years or so when the Market goes up and make a killing, SOUND FAMILIAR? Same logic that got us into this mess.
