However, a flaw is a flaw. A mistake is a mistake. None are planned, and the lapses which lead to small problems are pretty much the same as the lapses which lead to larger ones.
After a while one might suspect it's getting time for a big one.
No plot, no person, or persons, just an accumulation of statistics.
