On behalf of my homeless 21 year old neice Stephanie...I thank you.
Her battery charge for assaulting another homeless person was reduced. She has been housed in a mission on Hollywood Blvd. She is given bus tokens...food stamps...and a sack lunch every day. She was able to go to Venice Beach the other day and take in the salt air.
She is having the time of her life....
