I'm delighted you don't depend upon computer models. A real rugged individualist who wants it straight or not at all is refreshing.
And you're in good company. Leonardo da Vinci didn't rely upon computer models. Doesn't get any better than that. Galileo took it straight. Einstein developed his entire Theory of Relativity without a computer or computer model of anything. Edison, that prolific inventor - no computer. You're in great company.
Authors. I know books are very suspect to you, one needs to be wary, but rest assured. Many of them were written without the aid of computers. Or even one computer. Shakespeare, though I doubt you've read him, would be safe. He didn't use computers.

Lessee. Do humans rely upon computer models when the real thing would be inopportune?
