Be very careful
Don't trust a scan like that. Most Likely you have nothing infected on your system. If you pay PC Doctor to remove it you most likely will be infected by PC Doctor. Don't click on anything in a window that pops up, it could be a button that does anything. Close them by right clicking the program on the taskbar and saying close. Then scan the computer with a reliable free scanner, such as Avast, AVG and Spybot S&D.
