A man went to the doctor's office for a routine vasectomy. When he woke up after the procedure, the doctor came up to him, and said, "I'm very sorry but things went wrong during the operation, and we had to go way beyond the vasectomy, and give you a complete s.ex change operation." The man was shocked and pulled up his hospital gown to reveal his new female organ. "My dic.k is gone! You mean I'll never experience an erection again in my life?"
