The American people aren't stupid
We know Obama didn't start these wars. His policies are aimed at drawing them both to an eventual close. Iraq we have a solid timetable for withdrawl. Afghanistan-Pakistan is a more serious problem but development and training strategies for Af-Pak will ultimately mean we can leave there too. The GOP on the other hand would have kept us in both wars most likely for decades.
