I never mentioned it. And you can't tell by my writing which race I belong to. In fact, if we were standing face to face you still couldn't tell.

Race is irrelevant. We were born with it, our ancestors fixed it before we were even conceived. We have nothing to do with deciding it. We are neither responsible for its failings nor should we be proud of its accomplishments. And it is all mixed up and diluted beyond all reckoning anyway. In many cases, there is no medical or scientific way of even determining what race a person belongs to.

The Trump constituency is scared because it is losing its perceived majority status and its hegemony, and in the past that was largely defined by race. This is why there are even people of color among Conservatives, and so many "whites" who are not. (You probably just call them "Liberals".)

Trump voters no longer define what it means to be "American", and they can't use genetics to define what it means for someone else to be "American". That's what scares them, and you, and that's why Trump got the votes he did. Being "white" doesn't mean you have to be a New England Wasp or a Scotch-Irish hillbilly. And even their kids can outgrow it, plenty of them already have and more and more are doing so every day.

Its not your race, it's your civilization that is corrupt and pathological. Fortunately, you weren't born that way. You can do something about it. You can change. The rest of the nation is already well on its way to changing, and THAT is what scares the shit out of the Trump constituency. They realize they are no longer "American", its why they're always crying how they want their country back (as if they ever had some special claim to it). They share the country with many others, and many of those others aren't even easily-identifiable people of color or of recent immigrant status. Many of them are their own children, who through travel, education or marriage are happily leaving their parochial little tribe.

You see, it's not your race that's fucked up, TB. Its your culture.
