David entered into an agreement with the loon who came up with the man didn't walk on the Moon stuff, and once he had guaranteed his profit, he ran it out through the distribution channels he had developed from Richard Kieninger's mailing list.

David and his partner Duncan Roads, Australian neo-fascist and publisher of NEXUS magazine, did the same thing with the militia video "Waco, the Big Lie", which inspired Tim Mcveigh to bomb the FBI building in Oklahoma City.
