The mouse that roared
Judging by the worldwide interest, I'd say there is some fairly universal human heart-string that is being tugged pretty strongly by this story. 'Damp eyes all around.
I wonder if she could see (or sense) the rolling eyes as she stood there on stage before her performance on Britain's Got Talent? No doubt, she'd probably played out this same scene in smaller venues many times over. Same fish, bigger barrel. I saw something quite jaunty in the lassies' body language, as if she knew that finally, her moment had arrived.
