If you're talking about this, I've got my fingers crossed, but I'll believe it when I see it. A lot of presidents, both Democrat and Republican, have made the same kind of promises, and even Ronald Reagan blunted his pick on the Federal budget.
Want to lay a bet on whether the 2011 budget is smaller than the 2010 one? I'll even let you adjust for inflation.
Remember Obama defines tax increases as "spending cuts" too.
