How can I place a bid?
I'm pretty sure I can turn a good buck with that database. The key is multiple sales...I could flog it to either Google or Amazon, and then *still* get a few bucks for it from some foreign intelligence group, maybe the Canadian Intelligence Services Agency (assuming one of two things about the NSA: either they've already stolen it, or if they haven't, after a Trump budget or two they won't be able to afford it anymore).
