This is not true. There is no biological mechanism by which the human body can identify the "genetics" of a food.

Everything alive has been genetically altered from something else alive. Hell, we don't even have the exact same genes as our parents. The mechanism of that change, whether natural breeding or alteration of the genes in a lab, is irrelevant at a larger biological scale.
