I have to agree it's a good idea. Not that Netanyahu will give much credit to Arab assurances of help against Iran, but still a smart card to play.
A shame such a hard line government squeeked into power but it's likely before Obama's first term is up another moderate Israeli government will emerge that will hopefully settle this finally.
