You've got to parse the propaganda better. I read that WHOLE thing and its a broad sweeping white wash designed to parse statistics, and the omission of the same, to paint a happy face on the real demographics. Claiming statistics are unavailable doesn't cut it for these things because they ARE available. The CIA has plenty of reliable statistics on birthrates.
