Maybe you haven't noticed
It's pretty much the primary function of our government now, no matter which party is running things. Whoever the President is, is only a small piece of the problem.
If you think it's a huge surprise to me that Republicans stink on this issue too, you haven't been paying attention. But you'd have to agree that increasing the level of such activity isn't going to be an improvement.
