You don't shoot quail with a 14" naval gun

Hubble is specifically designed for long distance observation of deep space with high magnification and long-duration integration.

For NEO's you need the equivalent of a sawn-off shotgun - quick, responsive, wide field of view.

Your obsession with NEO's is not always helpful to your case.
