The Sacramento Bee originally posted a furious editorial attacking the voters for not agreeing that the size of government should be infinite. You can't find it on their site any more--they pulled down their original editorial and replaced it.

The original editorial was copied by other sites. You can read it here. It represents the first response of the leftist media, their actual feelings on the matter.

At some point, somebody woke up, and the original on the Bee website was consigned to the ever-popular Memory Hole and replaced with this.

Unfortunately, thanks to the internet, the Memory Hole ain't what it used to be.

The newspaper link is down right now. I assume it'll be back. Maybe with a third "revision?"
