Perhaps you should read it more closely, before you volunteer such ideas of "more stupidity".

The global temperatures over the last decade have not been continuing to rise as people as Hansen have been predicting they would.

The 21st Century is not on track to rise 1 C before 2050, nor .5 C before 2025. Or .25 C by 2013- it would need to recover about .4 C before it could get close to that by 2013.
Of course I'm taking the more unlikely lower estimate given by IPCC rather most likely middle number.
