Unless they are all a bunch of suicidal egomaniacs, this may be NK's way
of saying Pay attention to me - I'm hungry and I'm cold! But I'm too
caught up in my own ideology and nationalism to admit it directly!

Kim apparently had a stroke a while ago. Might the other ones in power
be a tad more reasonable, or open to negotiation?
