The government can and should keep a close eye on all religious groups
Given all the physical and psychological abuse, indoctrination, and brainwashing that occurs in those horrible places. Honestly, irrational and extreme homegrown religious types have probably done a lot more harm to our society than any foreign "terrorists"...
Plus, of course, if towns have good, practical reasons for zoning laws to separate places of religion from residential private homes, then those rules need to be respected.
