Anyone understand the implications of this bankruptcy?

On the surface it sounds as if they've gained time to pay their debts, that no one can foreclose for the present. I don't know if that's accurate and I don't understand the other implications.

Besides it being a commie takeover by a fascist President hellbent upon destroying all that made America great, that is.
