Bowser's a big boy. I completely understand his thinking on the issue and have great empathy for the things he's gone through in life. Is Bowser's righteous indignation on this issue any less valid than Lee's righteous indignation about race relations? (I'm not saying Lee's any less of an asshole by the way).
But Lindy, I'm going to call out even minor blips in hypocrisy whenever I see it on both sides of the aisle especially on Flame and I expect it in return if I stray from logical conclusions. I also assume when someone starts off their post on here, they're itching for confrontation. Tada.......
And I don't want really want Bowser to defend his position. Hell, I don't even care if he changes his mind. His opinion one way or the other is not going to make a dent in the national politics. My post is about consistency nothing more. If you're going to claim historical lessons for addressing an issue, then it opens you up for an examination of whether you've ignored it on others.
Geez, what is it about this board that makes people come to the defense of others even before they have a chance themselves to respond? Are we that afraid they can't handle it?
