Interesting news from Louis Crane. Though the news-bite is deliberately a bit too brief. Louis says he has a physics paper on his ideas coming out soon, so he's not releasing many details. I think he's using Hawking radiation from the artificial black holes as a power-source, which is a novel way of annihilating matter, but he said wait for the paper for more details.
