Update on health care legislation
The CBO has issued this statement on the costs of the legislation as it currently stands, which still misses some of the programs that have been proposed.
A company called Health Systems Innovation Network has done some numbers assuming all the features are in place (again, keep in mind the legislation is still in flux), and summarized the work in this short paper. It will be interesting to see how this estimate matches future work on the same premises by the CBO.
