Better idea.
Tie his feet and hands, then toss him out of the back of a truck going down the road at around 50 mph. Put enough padding on him so it won't be fatal, but will break his body enough so that he'll never be the same. Then stick him out on the sidewalk in his wheelchair for people to throw rotten vegetables and fecal material at for the rest of his life.
