78% payout is FAR TOO LOW.

Administrative expense is FAR TOO HIGH.

Also, it is incredibly mismanaged. I used to work at that circus and the animals belong in cages.

Expect its problems to surface at any moment. You know how it is. Everything is rosy, and suddenly, it is in bankruptcy.
