Argument about lunar orbit rendez-vous
The report...
One thing I overlooked is that if the choice is Lunar Orbit Rendez-vous (rather than earth-orbit), this leaves more time between the launch of the Altair and the launch of the Orion. There is less of an urgency to launch the second spacecraft after the first one as the first spacecraft will already be in lunar orbit waiting for the crew to arrive.
