She embodies the Conservative Credo - "I'm victimized because I am like you."
Conservatives, and fundamental Christians, like nothing more than to be victims - of a liberal press, of petty ethics commissions, of unforgiving public opinion which has no room for compassion, of various vendettas of unknown origin.
Palin has that down. She is a professional victim of people who catch her in her petty chiselling and abuse of power. It's all politics, she says, and they say.
And she's already accomplished as much in her 2 1/2 years as other governors do in two terms.
