Quebecois separatism
The Quebecois came to mind as people who thought they had a good reason for a Canadian civil war, or at least the secession that led to ours. But then it occurred to me that I hadn't heard much about Quebec seceding in years. Decades? I guess the Quebecois got tired of being silly buggers and just wandered back to whatever they were doing before. They got bilingual road and shop signs, vive la Francais!
Damn, those Canadians are just too damn civilized for the likes of us. Even the French speakers.
