"Fiesty ol' Buzz Aldrin is out there again stiring things up as usual, advocating human habitats on Mars as a goal for humanity with appeal to younguns and stating that he's one of those non-PC skeptics of AGW climate change hysteria. Second moonwalker Dr Aldrin has always been an interesting character."
If there was a govt agency charged with the task of developing human settlements on Mars and elsewhere in the solar system, what policies should this agency have?
Different question but somewhat related. Suppose there was govt agency tasked with establishing
and improving spaceports.
Where should spaceports be and what kind of spaceports are needed?
Another question what could small govt do, that would result in people living on Mars in the near future?
