Problem with career criminals
His rap sheet was long. After 8 years in prison, they let him free, probably with the clothes on his back and $200. How do they expect him to function in society with no family or friends? I think we need to do what the Chinese people do, and put them to work in secure warehouses. I think the "system" is at fault here. We need to take a second look at repeat sex offenders as well.
