If you don't mind the fact that in the end you feel like lives were ruined
by the characters' own greed and stupidity and that just about everything
is pointless, then this is the flick for you.

I know that nihilism was the point of this film and we must applaud those
cinematic folks who don't follow the Hollywood routine every now and
then, but the Coen Brothers have done much better comedies with far
more likeable characters, IMHO. Raising Arizona for one. This one not
only was a downer in the end, but it felt like a fluffy downer to boot.

On the other hand, it is fun to watch Cool Guys Brad Pitt and George
Clooney act so very uncool in this film. Think the polar opposite of the
Ocean's 11 series.
