What are they going to power it with?
All electric propulsion systems suffer from power-supply issues. Performance is based on power-per-unit-mass and that's a big restriction.
However all is not lost. In-space nuclear power might be an albatross, but in-space power from ultra-light solar will be BIG if the solar-power satellite start-ups succeed.
