Unfortunately I don't have any control on the timing, but by luck it should be waning half to waning crescent, so not bad.
On the LMC/SMC, probably won't work -- wrong time of year and I won't be far enough south for them to be circumpolar.
Most importantly, it better not be cloudy, damnit!!!
