I dunno Lindy...
As much as I would like to give women the opportunity to prove men are egomaniacal power whores...I think the first generation of women leaders would and could be a disaster. Women have not been powerful long enough to be able to harness and balance their abilities. The shift and respect we deserve will have to be earned twice as hard...not that we are not up to the task...it will take a *very* long time...
