Almost EVERYTHING is poisonous if used in extreme quantities, even oxygen, under several atmospheres of pressure will destroy the lungs, and at ordinary pressure will destroy the optical nerves of babies. My brother is nearly blind because of excess oxygen given to him as a premature baby.
