What's funny is the same folks screaming about out inability to get Osama back in 2002 are now screaming about the agency whose role would be charged with trying to get him.

The CIA was infilitrated and compromised and has been for decades. That's why the CIA was not used by Bush after the initial groundwork in Afghanistan & Iraq. Fortunately, for the USA, the US Government can contract with private agencies.

The CIA has proven ineffectual and now their top man is Leon Panetta.

Any agency once it is public becomes compromised. Any agency that reports to people like Pelosi can not be expected to conduct effective espionage.
